Reflexology Lymph Drainage

RLD is an award winning Reflexology technique devised by Sally Kay BSc. (Hons) which stimulates the lymphatic reflexes on the feet and hands.

RLD is a very gentle and relaxing treatment which can be used alongside existing therapies or medical treatments.
